Biography

My name is Samuel Felipe Sotillo and I was born and raised in Venezuela. I used to be an engineer and worked for many years as a Network Analyst and System Administrator before making the transition to teaching and the Humanities.

Teaching and Research Interests

My interests are second language teaching, the use of IT in teaching and learning, Venezuelan and Latin American Literature, and the intersection of literature, politics, and digital technologies.

Projects

I am the digital curator for the Venezuelan Literature Project. Still a work in progress, the VLP is intended to be a digital repository for everything related to Venezuela's literature, films, and arts.
